Natalie Melikhov is the President and Chairman of the Board of Bright Future International, and President and Publisher of Unite4:Good Magazine.
Originally hailing from Ukraine, Mrs. Melikhov’s life and career have exposed her to many far-reaching parts of the world, and informed her beliefs in the role cross-cultural collaboration has in making the world a better place. As President of Bright Future International, Natalie has worked with the fundamental principles of how to create and sustain a positive cultural eco-system, and empower youth to create one around them as well. Unite4:Good Magazine is an extension of this work, reshaping the media into a positive landscape that shines a spotlight on the everyday heroes of the world. With Anthony, Natalie’s vision has extended to other nonprofit organizations, including DoMore4:Good (DM4G), BFI Curriculum for the Children of Quebrada Negra, BFI and Brighton Ballet Theater Company (BBT) Junior Ambassador Program, and the Children Affected By HIV/AIDS (CHABHA) After School Program. unite4:good Group, LLC
The primary mission of unite4:good Group, LLC (U4G) is to create a digital eco-system that promotes empathy, altruism, positivity, and kindness habits. The company’s four current platforms generate measurable and sustainable change by inspiring individuals to give back, embrace positivity, and incorporate acts of kindness (AoK) into their daily lives.
With four platforms currently on the market, Anthony and Natalie’s goal is to position unite4:good as an innovative leader in using technology to advance the causes of non-profit organizations by connecting them to social influencers, donor capital and larger social networking audiences. The vision is to create the economic conditions that make social responsibility and humility the norm of corporate life. This has lead unite4:good to develop more opportunities for leaders of organizations to connect with organizations that lie outside of their normal network, and this has llead to tangible improvements in social wellness for corporations, non-profits and individuals as a direct result of working within a “Kind Community”.
DoMore4:Good (DM4G) is a designated non-profit organization that empowers individuals to “Do More For Good” by connecting people who want to help with volunteer opportunities that are supported, promoted, and sustained by local communities. Primarily focused on education institutions, DoMore4:Good enables students to express kindness in action that benefits their communities, peers and families. The goal is to enhance their own self-worth and leadership capacity, giving them a head start in their careers. Activities that students engage in within the programs are tangible service acts that spread kindness. The Melikhovs vision is to have the students experience firsthand the impact that their own actions can have in the world around them. Every student forms connections with adult mentors they can trust and look to for advice. DoMore4:Good gives each young person a setting in which he/she cultivates their own principles surrounding community engagement and service. Instilling self-worth and a foundation for a lifetime of acting kindly on behalf of others.
